On your email include:
1. Your contact name and phone number (just in case we need to contact you - rest assured we will not share your personal details with any third party),
2. Attach your pictures and text (email your story as either MS Word format (PC) or as a .pdf),
3. Try to send us good quality pictures - pictures do not need to be more than 1000k (1meg) each.
